This is an old Japanese game called Gomoku. Get 5 stones in a row and you win!
This brand new game based on source code of the same named game published in 1985 for PC. As developers we decided to give another life to the old game and created our own design which keeps originals version conciseness.Also we kept logic and game rules. Your target is to get 5 stones in the row faster than your opponent. Game board was decreased to 15x15, its a bit less than original (19x19).We have plans to develop and support this project in the future. Your positive emotions and suggestions are our good helpers.Two player mode

Nice one.. Enjoyed to play
Great game. Reminds the Othello/Reversi game, but played on a bigger board. Try to win against the android if you can. It makes addictive.
The design fit nicely also on my tablet. Compared to other five-in-a-row games this one has a nice two-click operation mode: one touch to tell the coming location of the stone and a button click to do the actual placement. This feature makes undo unneccesary and why not since cheating could be tempting otherwise. Also the computer player seems much smarter than the other game I tested so it offers a good challenge. One bad though is that there is no restart game confirmation so accidentally pressing that button is a no-no. I can recommend this game.
